Joe's Ices, Beighton, Sheffield
Florence McNeil 1929 - 2013
It is with the deepest sympathy that we have to report the death of Florence McNeil . She passed away after a short illness on Thursday 2nd May.
‘Flo’ was a beloved Wife off Geoffrey, Mother to John, Paul and Andrew, dear Mother in Law, Nanan and Great Nanan.
She will be greatly missed by all who knew her family, friends and customers alike.
Florence’ business acumen and passion for making the finest ice cream for over 60 years helped to develop Joe’s Ices into the successful business it is today.
Along with this, the love and devotion she showed to her family will act as an inspiration to us all for many years to come.
There will be a requiem mass on Wednesday 15th May at 12pm at Immaculate Conception Church Spinkhill, S21 3YB followed by a burial at Beighton Cemetery, School Road at 1:30pm and afterwards at Aston Hall Hotel, Aston S26 2EE.
All are welcome and flowers are preferred.
The McNeil Family would like to thank everyone for the cards, flowers and to all who have paid their respects.
